i heard many prisoners here in the United States get cable television.

And btw, why do we give prisoners weights? Why should we help them get strong and able to cause more harm to others within the prison. I mean, I could understand regular exercise to keep in shape like running, situps, push ups, etc, but giving them weights just seems to make them more dangerous.
