Trip Romero isnt involved in the lawsuit. Romero doesnt own the rights to "George R Romeros Dawn of the Dead" the producing company does...crazy that it is, he sold his name with the name of the flick to this company and new line, probably cause they knew they would make more money with his name still attached.

yeah its ridiculous either way - i hope capcom wins because i was really excited about dead rising 2
