I think you get one of those in one of the Jizzy B missions where you have to pick up the ho under the bridge. Its either that one or the one where you have to chase down the 4 guys on bikes and snatch (yea I said snatch) the packages off their bikes.

just bought the car showroom, and did all the missions, now i can import cars and export off the boat.
