If anyone actually read the article it says it was a special needs place, and she was a runaway. For all we know she could be a big 9 year old retard. Retards don't go down easy, cause they never know what the fuck is going on.

If she was handcuffed she must've done something beforehand to deserve that cuffing. So the guy probably though she was getting out of hand and tasered her. Besides, it was only a taser, It's not like he beat her down with his bare hands or tackled her down to the ground or something.
I also agree with Vance.
And yes, Buttocks, not all cops are idiots. I have a cop living right next to me and he's pretty cool and I respect him.

I respect the officers decision. Who knows, the girl may have deserved it. It It is not like he killed her, just taught her a little lesson. Most cops are good, 9 out of 19 cops will be some of the best people you ever meet, and probably the number of good cops is even higher than that. I hate it when people gripe about cops. Don't break the law and you will not have a problem.
