[quote="[22nd Elite] Cloud":5a24f]iam 18 - no credit
The car is in her name, so on paper it's "her car" but iam paying for it
yeah the intrest might be out my ass, but it's the only thing that
1- i could get into <neon's were to small>
2- we could get actually, everything else was higher
biggrin: i am still happy as shit though biggrin:[/quote:5a24f]
Congrats. Just making sure the dealer didn't rip a kid off on his first car. Hell, I didn't have my own car at 18. Enjoy it. You might consider...
Your name on loan + mom as co-signer = credit history for you
That is, unless mom needs to build up credit more. Anyway good luck and go pull some ass in with your new wheels. rock:

my first car: 89 dodge aries, Still sitting out in the back in need of a little tlc. Only needed a new floor, rusted right out.
bought an 86 cutlass supream but ended up never putting it on the road, currently parked beside the aries.
Bought an 1986 lebaron GTS turbo, did head gasket and bunch of other stuff, after a month and $2000 later the transmisson died the other day so now I have to drop it out when I tow it home this weekend. mad:

my first car = tank. But Im in the process of buying MY very own car a Honda CRX. Talk about small. But amazingly when I put hte seat all the way back...I have a fun time reaching or the pedals like when I was younger. Those things have leg room.
Also on the alero, dont they have a limiter for like...90 mph? I heard some car fanatic friends talking about that and when I thought of it, ive never seen one doign above 70.

I know my car has an auto killswitch if the car hits 150MPH, which is kinda ironic since its meant to be a police car.

GOD DAMMIT
I bought the car like 3 - 4 days ago, and iam showing my friend ben my new car - i pull up and do you all know like on the passenger side - front --- there is to the left of your left leg a little compartment like another place for a cigarette lighter thing...well i never noticed it i am like oh cool look, i open it and there is a fuckin bag of weed.....i instantly start freaking out...OMG
I brought the car to the police office, and i explained my situation, they pretty much can't do anything but took the weed of out the car
i am going to go back and see if i can get an affadavid or some form of proof that these inncedents occured. My mom signed a paper stating that she can't sue the car dealership...but there is nothing in the papers with my name on it. saying that i can't sue....
what if i were to get pulled over? my arse would be in the fire
the car repoed - my mom's credit ruined!
