Bars and what not need to start being held liable for drunk drivers.[/quote:31f51]

Being the intelligent gay black male that you usually are, I'm surprised at this. Making bars and what not liable would hurt both our economy and my feelings. Dude where's my accountability?

Ladies and gentlemen, I'll be brief. The issue here is not whether we broke a few rules or or drove around with our headless friend hanging out the window -- we did. But you can't hold all drunk drivers responsible for the actions of a few sick, perverted individuals. For if you do, then shouldn't we blame the whole adult beverage industry? And if the whole adult beverage industry is guilty, then isn't this an indictment of our beverage industry in general? I put it to you TGB.. isn't this an indictment of our entire American society? Well, you can do what you want to us, but we're not going to sit here and listen to you badmouth the United States of America!

Wow, how the fuck do you not notice what happened to your friend...even if you're hammered.

dont drink and drive. actually, i dont see why some guys like to get completely blitzed. i guess it would be cool to get a buzz, but why get wasted? alcohol is just like any other drug imo.
I have been driven while highly intoxicated and been COMPLETELY unaware of what was going on. . .one minute your in and the next youre out. NO doubt what happened to this guy. [/quote:fbed9]

[quote:fbed9]Investigators said Hutcherson's blood-alcohol level was probably more than twice the legal limit at the time of the accident.[/quote:fbed9]

unless this guy is a complete lightweight, then twice the legal limit isnt exactly hammered. So this guy should have realised that his mate was missing his head. Besides when you get out of the car im pretty sure even if he was a bit tipsy he'd have noticed his mate is in the passenger seat.

Its fun to escape reality once in a while. Everyday seems the same and when you are on something, it changes your perspective.

I think the next time i feel like throwing up in my friends car, i'm just going to do it on the floormats instead of sticking my head out the window.
