I can defineatly see the Carbine being a great replacement, as it's smaller, lighter, and also has more attachments. Just an FYI, the newest addition of the M16 is the M16A4, which has a different carrying handle, and the barrel has smaller rotation knots, to make jams less frequent.

We should just adopt the G36. Now thats a great weapon. Versatile, no jamming problems that i know of, can be modded for different situations, retractable stock, and doesnt look gay.

U think it looks retarded? Well i guess everyone sees things differently. I think that weapon looks amazing. Much better then the OICW and the m16.

Im not saying its a bad gun or anything Im just saying I dont liek the way it looks its just......I dont like it. As for performance im sure it works great ITs a european gun its gotta work wonders and be vey reliable just liek everything else from over there. Im just used to tougher looking guns.
