We have enough problems in the US to not go running to help Africa through OUR (taxpayer) money.

uh, if you havent noticed, Africa is basically a hell hole right now and some countries the life expectancy is going to be around 40 in ten years...I believe they need all the help they can get

In my opinion AMERICANS come first, when we get rid of the problems in the US we can go into other countries and colve their problems, but not until our problems are solved.
