Consoles? uuuurrrrgggghhhhh......Put that thing away from me.

Consoles are the product of the ever massively growing Japanese/American pop culture. They are products for the weak generation of nowadays, to entertain and brainwash the already narrow-minded youths by wasting/using their useless lives even more by making them sit infront of these boxes by exposing them to further useless garbage of anime and advertisements. They are the tools for the corporations to further corrupt the populace and turn them into beings incapable to think for themselves and turn them into slaves of the modern market. They are unessential to life, they serve no purpose unlike their counterparts the PC which encourages the use of the brain and coo-ordination of a human. They serve as a tool of information although the usuage of PC can be abused, that is to be blamed on the human behind the monitor.

On top off that I aint fucking paying a few hundred bucks on that box and another few hundred to buy games! Fuck that! At least in PC I can download music and warex games for free. FUCK!

cool:

I'm sticking with PC for another damn good reason,
we can't let the Yamato race take what they believe to be their "proper place" in world affairs

(yes I read War Without Mercy for an assignment now I'm paraniod about the Nips evil: )

And with good reason in many cases, but on the other hand, the younger generation in Japan is not nearly as rigid as the older gen.

They both have their place: PC's are great for the solo gamer. It's kind of hard to sit around the PC with your friends and play a game. Consoles, on the other hand, accomplish this easily. That's why I have both.

MMMMMM PC, they say it's the TRUE gamers choice. To pick console would depend on what ya looking for. Gamecube is more for the nintendo fanboy and younger kids (but that's slowly changing), PS2 has the HUGE game list to choose from and more exclusive titles, and the XBOX is more adult targeted. IF i had to pick a fav console it would be the box. Tons of online games hotting by xmas, as as for the patch thing that was mentioned. Unreal is going to be the 1st console with a downloadable patch. But it will take ALOT to pry my hands from the beloved keyboard.
