American media proclaimed he had ties to 9-11. Bush administration has said all along he had ties to terror which is obviously true. And nothing short of an execution would be satisfactory. If he is allowed to live out the rest of his life, Iraqis will spit at that.

If he is killed it should be by the people that he porpatrayted his crimes against. Only The Iraqi people. Not a UN tribunal, not a US lead trial.

But then again I do not beleive in capitial punishment so meh.

I don't see why America thinks it's a victory for them. honestly...Saddam was only a threat to his own people. The Iraqis appreciate USAs help...let them deal with his punishment.
