Ahhh yes, The Gay Blade. I've anticipated this post for some time.


As a part-time animal behavioural psychologist I have come to the conclusion that you, TGB!, are a man that needs to be needed, loves to be loved, and you even need - nay crave - the acceptance of the demented minions here at aa.com. That is the real reason for your post. Deny it if you must, but you'd be lying to me, the viewers at home, and of course....yourself. eek:

With that in mind I would urge you to stay here for a while longer. I personally think that although you can be slightly over-zealous with editing and deleting peoples' posts (mostly my posts) I feel that you have done a reasonably good job of modding the offtopic forum. Since winning the 'election' (possibly fixed using Diebold voting machines) you have maintained a constant presence here on the offtopic forum, and have done more here over the past month than a couple of the other mod's put together.

Although I hate you, you should stay.

I think you've done a good job thus far, TGB. Ultimately the decision to stay is yours, however.

I can see how one could get disillusioned, especially when one has a lot of good ideas and initiative.

I've never had a lot of good ideas and I'm usually too lazy to get out of my own way, so I guess stuff like a lack of updates doesn't bother me much.

I wish I could do more to help carry your ideas forward. At the end of the day, however, I can't. It's not my call and not my site.
