mine is currently doing the same thing, I am just in the habit now of unplugging the battery every time i turn the car off overnight. it takes about 24 hours for it to drain. things to check: check to see if your battry is any good, give it a load test (you need a special machine for this if you dont have it then just try unplugging the battry cable for a day and see if it still drains, if so than its the battry. if it continues does not drain when unplugged some things to check: trunk light going off as the trunk lid goes down, ashtray light if equipped, glove box light, check all these because if stuck on they will kill the battry. if its not that than Im not sure, I still havent really done any real work to find out whats causing it on mine yet. I may check it out this weekend. If I find the cause il let you know.

check the brake switch, make sure that the lights are not on at night.

if you have amps <as for the radio and stuff> make sure they are wired to turn off and stuff.

another weird one that can drain your battery is check the cig lighter, long ago I had a penny fall in there and it would drain my battery. ( i never used the cig lighter so I didnt think to look)
