Ok, all kidding aside, you should be running the latest version of [DirectX 9.0c] Get the latest drivers for your card and reset everything on low. That should at least get you going. You should try to OC your card a bit to squeeze a lil' more out of it. Just run [timedemo demo1] before the changes, and after to see if you have any increases in fps.

i havent downloaded any new ATI drivers, so im assuming that can help run it smoothely?

i installed the drivers and now it works great, but on low quality, probably even medium, but its still fun.
