Yea yea - I laughed to. . .but if youre just asking how do you get your old files back - just use a data-restorer. You will need two hard drives however: one that has the old files on it, the other to put the old files on. Shalom.
OnTrack Data Recovery Tool is very good.

You're gonna want to try and reformat, or partition them correctly, so on and so on. If you don't know how to partition, then get with the program and learn how to use a computer. Computers = god in 100 years, according to Time magazine.
