thats fucking sad, all over 3 people dead. doesnt 5 million people die every year because of famine and floods? wtf are they worrying about rabies for? get shots assholes.

sad but true...welcome to asia.
My uncle was based in North Korea about 10 years ago and had to carry a side arm with him everywhere...not for people but for rabid dogs. Since they dont have the medicine needed to kill the virus or prevent it its kill or be killed

Though stir-fried dog is a delicassy there too eek:
