Good game all-around. Canada launched outta the gates, but the US really took it to the canucks in the 3rd.
I think both teams can take away positives from the game, as well as things to improve upon.
Canada: Compete for 60 minutes. A quick start is good, but doesn't last long. Keep Ryan Smyth in the lineup too. He was one of the hardest working skaters out there last night.
USA: Start skating early and don't get behind. Keep crashing the net like they did on Brodeur. It didn't yield any goals, but it did cause some havoc and chances.

Meh, we lost the third period
that game, pisspoor playing
from our defence. Thank god
we went for Tellqvist instead
of Salo the oldtimer. Cant
wait for the rest of the tourney
at the moment, its bound to
be quite a few interesting
games coming up.
