A Carolina Pulled Pork from Oklahoma Joes. That is slow smoked pork cooked to the point that it just falls apart topped with cole slaw and OK Joes sauce. A pickle spear and fries on the side.

The BLT at The Blue Topaz was the bomb also. They used a thick cut peppered bacon, fresh tomatoes and lettece, and a marbled bread. To bad they closed.

i once had the greatest sandwich

it had mayonaise, salad, tomatoes, egg, ham and cheese on it

I made the best shit yesterday....Fried up some bacon, and when it was crisp as shit i chucked some grated cheese ontop of it while it was still frying on the pan, the cheese melts to the bacon, then you throw it with some lettuce and onion on white bread and you got the best sandwich evar.

Glad to hear New Zealanders eat the crispy bacon. The UK only has this salty, ham-like bacon... I miss a good BLT so much... cry:
