I can distinguish to around 80 up and sometimes around 100. It's not that hard for me because it seems every pc game i've played sit usually in the 60-130 rage. Since it's around that jumping point from being faster than the eye, and where it starts to lag, I get a good taste of the fps lag spectrum; opposed to someone that just keeps them at a 120 minimum and never worries about a thing.
