Make Skins work with texture compression

Hi I like to use texture compression but most skins don't support it. Is there a way {such as modifying them} to get them to work with it?

Superhero Skins

It would be cool if someone made some skins of superheros, especially Captain America because he fought nazis. If someone could do it that would be great

This is not Fair!

I was kicked off the alliedassault.com server because my name was Pvt. Cocker [B](GMAF) it said my name had bad language so it banned my ip. Now I can never go on the server even with a different...
