so we're doing some spring cleaning here in the west household and the wife decides to dump this big serving tray of easter candy in the trash during cleanup. Afterward shes like where is my watch(her $65-$75 Fossil Watch)

Im like "Did you check the candy tray before you dumped, I saw it in there"

She gets this horrified look on here face and then a sad puppy dog face. loney:

so here I go, walk out to our dumpster where what do ya know, Someone just piled a sh!t ton more trash in it. Im standing on the side trying to find our bag and cant see it. Maybe its on the other side as I go to move a plastic shopping bag that is on top of the lid.

I pull the bag and its upside down un-tied and SUPRISE a facking Country Crock 64 oz tub of fucking deep fryer grease is in it.

It falls 6 ft from the top hits the ground and BOOOOOOOM frickin grease showers me as it sprays back up. pants, shirt, all over my face, in my mouth, all on my glasses and hair.

so by that time I'm like

But I find the bag and Ta-da there is her watch in the bottom of it.

I = Hero for the day(even if I smell like I just put a double shift in at McDonalds)

searching through the trash to find a watch she stupidly threw away...is different than taking it out.

I hope you show the same coutesy to your kids. If they break something, or throw out something by accident...you either find it...or buy them a new one.
