From what i gathered, although the ending was extremely confusing and left alot of unanswered questions, Sati i believe is supposed to be another oracle which is how she told Seriff those things and how she created the sky. Neo i dont think is dead but im not sure it just doesnt seem like he is.
The Oracle is lying on the ground after the battle because smith took her body but he was destroyed so now shes free. I have no idea how Smith was destroyed. It seemed to me that the Oracle was trying to get out because Smith says something that the Oracle said in the begining of the film. I have no idea though.
