I would hate to loose some of the regular players on the aa.com server because of an expansion pack. I have contacted the provider and they will be checking out spearhead ASAP. So my guess is by this time next week, if my cold is better, biggrin: I mean worst, we should know a hell of a lot more.

As much as I want to go to spearhead, I don't think the provider is in any rush to.

I have told them I would send Bazooka_joe over to the data center and he will install spearhead for them. That's when they hung up on me.
No way! Did you really tell them that? LOL

Seriously, the word I received from them was a day or two to test it. The feeling I got was that they were as eager to get it running as everyone else is - mostly because of all the things EA promised with the release in way of fixes. However, it could take longer to incorporate if it's anything like BF1942 - that is, how much bandwidth it requires, how easy the server is to set up, etc.

Personally I think they would be all the more eager to get it up and running with all of the clients they have who would easily go elsewhere to get it.
