Server admins have the following abilities, they:
- can control nearly all weapon functionality, clip sizes, firing rate, movement rate while holding a certain gun, etc.
- can turn off specific weapons
- can disable voting, filter voting, or make new voting options
- can revert back to the old sniper rifles
- can change the overall movement rate back to the old speed
- can control map rotation (AND YES MOHAA MAPS WORK WITH SPEARHEAD)
- many other features are admin configurable

Sweet! We can just take out that stupid nade launcher! Woohoo!
