I have been able to develop a TK handling system for Linux TDM servers running MOH:AA that has an option that allows victims to forgive their TK'ers. The victim types !forgive into any chat window and the player that last TK'ed them is forgiven for the kill. The server administration tool has three modes of operation for disciplining TK'ers. You can set it to simply kick or ban, or you can start with kicking as the penalty and have it change to ban after a certain amount of kicks. It also has an "amnesty" provision where you can tell it to forgive a certain number of kicks after a player has successfully gone a certain number of maps without being kicked for violationg TK rules.

I haven't been able to make it work for Spearhead yet because the Linux version hasn't been released. When it is, I plan to make the necessary changes to support it. If you want to get some more information about what the tool can do, check out this link:

TeamWounding is another problem that will hopefully be helped by the release of the MOH SDK at the end of this year. Once the game server internal structure is able to be modified, TW information can be detected and dealy with accordingly.
