Same here, when i leave all my custommaps in Mohaa/main then Spearhead runs crappy........bad images and laggy as hell. I also noticed that when i leave custommaps in Mohaa/main and i start Spearhead up, all the objective maps show in deathmatches, but they do not show as objective-matches in Spearhead.
So it might be an addon, but it sure is not compatible with Mohaa in some ways...........better considder Spearhead as a patch, hehe ed:
