When enabled, its not voting, it becomes vote spamming, over, and over, and over, and over.....

Besides that, its confirmed that when voting is enabled, players can vote thru the console on anything....

All the voting server configs controll, are weather or not players get a graphical menu to vote, thats it.

So even if realism is taken off the vote.cfg... players still can vote thru it thru the console. mwah:
