You need pakscape to make a *.pk3 file...but you will allready know that.
The easiest way is to make a *.pk3 with just the *.bsp file. Open pakscape----->new file----->make a new folder named: ´maps´--------> in that folder make another folder: ´dm´---------> in ´dm´ right click your mouse to insert files: insert *.bsp-------> done
