Why is everyone getting so worked up over the game not being out? Game delays are common these days, so you should get used to it now, before you die from stress.
Maybe there is no demo, because the game is not fully complete, which is why they pushed it back. Some weapon models could not be finished, sounds, etc. Why would they put out a crappy demo, when they know it would hurt sales.
Just give them some time, and play DOD.
