Other than their anti-social idiosynchrosies? They are the atypical fools who derive fun out of spoiling others fun. I try to TK them as well, but usually find that leads to mass TK, as no one looks to see who they are shooting at, they just shoot anyone. So, there really is no recourse, except to leave, which robs the TKers of his/her fun.
