Bazooka I agree with you completely, except for one little problem, he has a DELL. So if he was to buy a new mobo he would have to get a new case and powerunit. Right you are, unless Dell would be cool as hell and send him a standard ATX Boiler plate for the case. And if he has a P4 already, he must have a P4-compliant, at least 300W power supply. So he might get lucky.
