IMO Flat-screen CRTs (what I have) I think are great. You just need to make sure you get one with a glass shield. Sony monitors are good. Make sure you check the model number, the higher the number, the better the resolution. You can tell a monitor has a glass shield, because the screen will look like it is set back about half an inch from the glass.
