I mean, look what he did in Somalia......about a month after the fight in the Mog went down, he pulls them out. Does nothing. Lets Aidid sit there. Has the chance to nab Bin Laden, but doesnt go for it. Bush is a go-getter. He likes to get things done. He is using his Armed Forces for his advantage.
