Well , I only have Pk3 files , how the hell will I use PS ?

I never made a skin or any add-on for mohaa... no knowledge in that.... but I can try to develop something... anyway ... I have a problem with my GeForce4 MX420 card.. I can't see the skins I install , weapon skins... so can anyone please help determine the problem .... I'm going nuts in here...!!! hake:
