But twl you can have blood mode and cross hairs but not any scope modification that changes the default zoom and/or removes any of the obscuring areas. player skins have to be agreed on by other team. the other stuff I'm not 100% sure on. If you go to irc.gamesnet.net #twl_moh you can talk to a admin.
