They are totally different. GA is all redneck, ATL all black, white, latino, asian. GA is all farms. Atl is all urban/city. half of GA's population lives in Atl. So GA is not dense at all, but ATL is home to 4.3 million, and was rated the most congested city in the US (even toping Boston and washington DC).
