I am still confused.
Tha mainta files override the main files.

If you have a mod using files from the mainta folder, and you put your modded pak file in the main directory...then those specific files are ignored, as the game will use the newer ones from mainta.

For example, if you had any mods on the weapon tik files or the main map scripts, these are also in mainta. You HAVE to put your pak in mainta, or they won't work.

Am I missing something?
