actually 1st double your ram, that right there will boost ya alot for cheap. Then when ya get a new motherboard(i bought an amd 800mhz for $85) you just plop in your ram. Then hook up with a new generic geforce.
you could have a decent system for
$19 128mb ram
$85 amd 800mhz
$49(after rebate) Xtasy geforce2 32mb

$153

Thats pretty cheap for a mid-grade upgrade in my opinion
