go into your program files diretory and then into installshield folder. you may have to enable view all files in folder options to see this folder. you will see folders inside this one. one of these folders is the mohaa install folder. to find out for sure which one you need to delete just go into the folders and double click the ini files. this will open up a little window and you will be able to see if its a mohaa folder/ini file or not. delete this folder and you will be all set.

ps..dont feel bad. i have done this probably 3 times before i finally figured out where the files where.

as to the original problem..it appears to me that you either bought this game overseas (you may actually be overseas?)or you are using the infamous first released warez copy which is not an actual US/UK version. tell me how you got this and I will try to sort you out.
