I've always used the latest drivers, as I don't have any reason not to. If you can play RTCW, there is a good chance that you'll be able to play MoH:AA. Otherwise, you'll just have to take a chance. Might I also suggest that you get a new video card. This game really begs for a geforce and better class of video cards for smooth gameplay.
