This is also why it was called Matrix : Reloaded but in a way the matrix never did get reloaded as we have seen.

So Matrix: Revolutions must should be about Neo's revolutianray power (perhaps all human beings can do what he did and in that sense become weapons against the machines) . Cause think about it........the human body is basically a battery right? so why shouldn't it be able to discharge once in a while with certin consequences (ie. Neo's koma).

This will be an interestin conclusion to this Trilogy
