I've got a helmet like that, diffrent brand, but it looks exactly like that, and it was half the price of the Pro Tec helmets. I got mine at Sportmart, check there.[/quote:cdeab]

Okay, just checked mine, it's by Louis Garneau, it's called "The Street", and it looks EXACTLY like the Delta Pro Tecs[/quote:cdeab]

ok i found it: http://www.louisgarneau.com/eng/cata...yle_no=2405016

so redhawk, thats the one u got eh? i'll have to check sportmart[/quote:cdeab]

Yup, that's it, it normally costs around $50 at sportmart, I got mine on sale for $30, and the pro tecs had a regular price of about $70-$80.

Kevlar helmets can stop shrapnel, short arms (9MM) and can be penetrated, but not entirely by 5.56mm M16 rounds. 7.62, those used in AK-47's, at a range less than 125 meters, will rip right through it.

And yes, Kevlar does reflect light. It's a shiny glossed material, which is why we camoflague ours.
