Well actualy the problem is the scaling,
considering im a young boy, around the age of 10 I know more information about you then this young english lad, lol pauly

yeah paul i saw your name on this and I know the answer cuz it just came up... on the 3Dmax program there should be a "scaling" or "manipulate" button (it has it on Gmax). From there scale up or down the skin till you get it fit just right.. if the skin is in a Paint program look in that program for scaling, swordfight: evil: M16:
