Or remove MoHAA using Add/Remove programs through the Control Panel. If you have XP, it will say it is already removed or something. Remove the entry? Yes. Reinstall. Don't create .pk3's with tha name pak<number>.pk3 again. It messes up MoHAA. There's no harm in deleting all MoHAA entries in the registry. Reinstalling it should be possible.
