I guarantee you, Sammy has not been using corked bats this whole time. He would've been busted by now. Second, I think it was an honest mistake, when you watch the replay the bat shatters, Sammy tosses the bat aside and is called out at first. Not the actions that someone would take if they knew they had just shattered a corked bat. He would've held onto the handle, and once thrown out, immediately grabbed the barrel of the bat and ran to the dughouse. He didn't do that, he just left it out there. Telling me he had no idea.

Finally, they have grabbed all his bats from the game and are going to examine them. If he has no others, then his story rings true. He made a mistake grabbing bats...no more.

The home run race was real, Sammy's numbers are real. What we have here is just another White Sux fan being pissy about giving Sammy up for nothing.
