The International community just sits on their hands. Look at the Congo. Now that is a shit hole. They have been in some major trouble for the past 3 months and nothing is getting done. The UN says they need more troops but no one will give them. They already have 7,000 troops in the area but they won't send them in without a mandate. The UN blows.

Now this situation in NK isn't quite the same, but why should anyone give the government food to feed their people if their the ones starving them in the first place. If Bush wants a real challenge he should take out Kim Jong Il.

This sort of thing isn't new either. NK isn't going to let foreigners in its country or UN personelle or IAEA personelle look at its sites, so no one is going to help them out.
