I had a great mom, she died last March at 83 and I miss her. But in your case, IF she did cheat on your dad, being without him now should have bent her stick a little. Maybe that's why she's a unhappy person.

I do something like that. I always tell her that its not my fault her life is fucked up and she made her own decisions to end up like this.
