I don't get it...why do people dislike rap/hip-hop?

I like all types of music, all from Classical to Happy Hardcore. There are some types of music that I like less then others but I don't hate any of them.

It would be like me adding on my brass knuckles "Feel The Pain Goth" inscription just cause they listen to a type of music I don't really care for.

For being so "non-generic" and saying bullshit like "They have steel caped toes, which deals out maximum damage to anyone who likes rap. " is very stereotypical and hypocritical (sp?).

I just hope that with time you'll become a little bit more open minded to things that are diffirent.
