Guest Posts: n/a	08-12-2003, 12:03 PM uhhhh selent the backround in the layers pattern... right click on it and select blending options... then add a stroke(usually a black or white stroke looks best)! then go into image> canvas size> selent pixels from the drop down menus> then make it 2 pixels bigger... and then magic happens and BOOOM theres is a border
