the menu is all that is messed in fact the sp demo came with a 3dfx menu fix, which im guessing the full version has too.

Your 4500 should work fine with mohaa, I wouldnt recommend trying 3rd party drivers or anythign else for that matter if its just some menu buttons out of place. Ive known it to further screw up on people, specially some who took 2015's (and others
)suggestion and installed the wicked3gl drivers.
