Why does my MOH always dial UP!!!

If leave teh dialer open, the game will freeze if a attempt to load the game, like a new game. Then if i close it, every time i start a new game, it will minimize my game, then when i restore it, it will be only a quarter of a screen. Anyone know how to prevent the Stupid Dial Up thingy?
